I. Equipment Introduction:
This equipment is primarily designed for the production and quality inspection of processes including threading waterproof glands, cutting, stripping, and terminal crimping for twisted-pair wires or sheathed cables.

IV. Equipment Advantages:
1. The equipment can process both sheathed cables and twisted-pair wires, automatically performing gland threading, stripping, and crimping for dual-core wires.
2. The operator simply places the wire into the trigger hole. The equipment automatically starts, clamps the wire, twists the twisted-pair wires, threads the waterproof gland, strips the insulation, and crimps the terminal. Stripping length, gland position, and crimp quality are automatically inspected by CCD, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
3. Equipment functions can operate continuously or be selected to run independently as single functions, offering flexible start/stop options. For example, it can be configured to produce products without glands, single-wire products with glands, or single-wire crimping products.
4. Equipment configuration is customizable. Non-essential functions like wire twisting, CCD inspection, multi-mold tooling, or pressure monitoring can be omitted as standard options. Crimping methods (single-blade or dual-blade) can also be selected based on need. This allows for cost reduction by selecting only the required functions.
V. Quality Assurance and After-Sales Service
Equipment Warranty Period: 1 year.
During Warranty Period: If the equipment fails to operate normally due to inherent faults, repairs will be provided free of charge. If the failure is caused by improper human operation, we will prioritize providing repair and service, charging only for materials at cost.
After Warranty Period: Regardless of whether the malfunction is due to equipment faults, improper operation, or external factors, we will provide repair services, charging only for service and materials at cost.
Service Response Time: After equipment delivery, regardless of warranty status, if a failure occurs, we will respond promptly upon notification from the user. We will prioritize arranging technical personnel for remote diagnostics, training, maintenance, and related technical support. If necessary, we will schedule an on-site visit to repair the equipment and assist in restoring production capabilities.
Follow-Up Mechanism: After final acceptance and delivery, we will periodically conduct follow-up services via phone or on-site visits to understand the equipment's operational status. If needed, we can arrange technical personnel to provide remote or on-site inspection, training, maintenance, and related technical support.
